1. When will I receive my order?

Generally an order is processed within 24 hours, and after the courier has taken charge of the package it is sent within a maximum of 4 working days within the Italian borders, and 7 days for abroad. If you request a gift box or to include a letter, the order could delay a bit.

Please note also that the times are approximate and do not take consideration any external factors that may be beyond the control of FIRERA STORE or its courier. However, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package.

2. What are the payment methods available?

For the purchase of your FIRERA products you can choose between different payment methods according to your needs, these are:
PayPal, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard; American Express, Maestro), Bank transfer, (In this case you must enter the order number as a reason), Amazon Pay and finally the cash on delivery.

3. How can I cancel or change my order?

Canceling or changing an order is very simple. Just contact our customer service via email or online chat. In case of cancellation, your request will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a full refund of the canceled order. Of course, you can come back to our website whenever you want!

4. My order is a gift, could you remove the invoice from the package?

There is no invoice included in the package upon delivery. If you would like to receive an invoice for your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Is shipping free?

On the FIRERA STORE website, shipping is always free as long as it concerns the purchase of complete products.
For example, if you buy a wristwatch, shipping will be free, if you buy only the strap, additional costs may apply.

6. Is my payment information stored on your site?

For FIRERA STORE nothing is more important than the privacy and protection of its customers.
No payment information will be stored on our servers.
Only banks will manage your data in order to process a payment or make a refund.

7. Can I receive the product with a gift box?

Of course, you can request the gift box when you are adding your product to the cart by checking the appropriate box. However, if you have already placed your order, you can contact our customer service to request a change and we will be happy to assist you.

8. Can I include a letter inside the package?

As for the gift box, it is possible to include a letter inside the box by checking the appropriate box when you add a product to the cart.
If you have already purchased the product, we recommend you contact our customer care as soon as possible to modify the order before it is shipped.

9. How can I make a return?

On our web store it is possible to make a return within 14 days of delivery of the package. We remind you that in order for the return to be accepted, the product must arrive at our warehouses intact and in the original case, for more detailed information on how to make a return visit our return policy or contact our customer service.

10. How much time is the product warranty?

The warranty on all FIRERA watches is 24 months, and covers all manufacturing defects concerning the movement and operation. Upon expiry of the warranty period, any repairs will result in the cost of the service being charged.
